ArchOne AI is a great example of how AI can solve a practical problem quickly. It gives you an easy way to test design ideas from a photo before committing time or money to a renovation.
I would recommend it to homeowners and solo designers who want to explore different interiors, exteriors or landscapes without committing to a subscription. Its strongest advantage is the pay-as-you-go option.
The main weakness is that the headline credit allowances describe the cheapest possible action. In practice, I found the real output was lower than the suggested “120 images.” The entry-level value is still reasonable, but I would begin with the free credits or a small credit pack rather than paying for an annual plan.
What impressed me:
The editing tools. Many AI room-redesign platforms give you one image and leave you to keep regenerating until something works. ArchOne AI lets you select part of a scene and replace an object, change a material or adjust the lighting. Its Studio workspace also keeps every version on one canvas, making the different ideas much easier to compare.
What frustrated me:
How little I could verify about the company. The site says the team includes architects, landscape designers and urban planners, but it does not name anyone or provide a location, legal entity or governing law.
The earliest blog posts I could find date from June 2026, and I could not find independent reviews or much user discussion. None of that means the tool is poor, but it makes its track record difficult to judge. That would make me hesitate before paying for a year upfront or relying on it for client work.

ArchOne AI lets you keep your source photos, reference images, generations and revisions together on one canvas, making different options easier to compare side by side. It is particularly useful when you are repeatedly refining the same room or space. Studio work costs more than the direct tools, starting at 2 credits for a 1K generation.
These provide the quickest and cheapest route to a redesign. Upload a photo, choose a style and generate an image for 1 credit at 1K, 2 credits at 2K or 3 credits at 4K. If your task is simply “show me this living room in three styles,” this is where your credits will go furthest. The free plan is limited to one 1K preview, while access to 2K and 4K exports depends on your plan.
You can start with a photograph, sketch, existing render, reference image or written brief. ArchOne AI accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC and HEIF files, with up to eight images and a maximum size of 20 MB per image. HEIC support is particularly useful because it allows homeowners to upload photographs directly from an iPhone.
ArchOne AI lets you select and edit individual parts of an image rather than regenerating the entire scene. You can replace an object, change a material or adjust the lighting while retaining more of the original design. This helps separate it from simpler design tools where a small alteration can cause the whole layout to shift.
Furnish Room adds furniture to an empty space, while Empty Room strips an existing room back. Furniture removal costs 1 credit at 1K, making these tools useful for renovation planning and early staging concepts. Be careful when using the results for property marketing, as the terms prohibit using generated images to misrepresent a property or its existing condition.
This is a particularly useful feature. You can turn a floor plan into a visual concept or show a photographed space from a different angle. These are also the most expensive direct tools, costing 4 credits for each 1K generation, and the credit table does not list 2K or 4K options. If they are central to your work, account for their higher credit use before choosing a plan.
Upscaling a 1K image to 2K costs 4 credits, while increasing it to 4K costs 5 credits. The Expand tool also costs 5 credits. Because generating a 4K image directly through the standard design tools costs 3 credits, it is better to generate at that resolution from the start when you already know you will need a larger file.
ArchOne AI Pros & Cons:
ArchOne AI gets several practical details right, particularly its low-cost first renders, editing tools and pay-as-you-go credits. However, the headline image allowances need closer inspection, and there is very little public information about the company behind the platform.
Pros
Credits purchased through the pay-as-you-go packs do not expire while your account remains active. A homeowner could therefore buy 30 credits for one renovation project and use them gradually over several months. Monthly subscription credits do not offer the same flexibility.
A standard 1K interior, exterior or landscape redesign costs 1 credit. Using the $9 Concept Pack, that works out at approximately $0.30 per image, allowing you to test several styles without spending very much.
Confirmed technical generation failures automatically return the affected credits. That prevents you from paying for a broken generation, although it does not cover an image that generates successfully but does not look the way you wanted.
Being able to replace one object, change a material or adjust part of a scene without regenerating the entire image is one of ArchOne AI’s strongest features. It is also the feature most likely to save credits when you are refining work for a real project or client.
The credit calculator lets you estimate the cost of a workflow before committing to it, while the platform’s agent shows an estimate before running a tool. That gives you more visibility over credit use than many competing platforms provide.
ArchOne AI states clearly that its outputs are design concepts rather than construction documents. That distinction helps professionals avoid presenting an early visualisation as something technically approved or ready to build from.
Cons
The “up to 120 images” allowance assumes that every image costs just 1 credit. Floor Plan and Perspective Changer runs cost 4 credits, Studio work starts at 2 credits, and higher resolutions cost extra. Anyone using Studio or the more advanced tools will receive far fewer finished outputs than the headline figure suggests.
The About page does not name the founders, company location or legal entity, while the terms provide no governing law. The earliest blog posts I found date from June 2026, and a directory listed the platform in August 2026. That does not prove there is a problem, but the limited track record matters if you are considering an annual plan or relying on it for client work.
The two free credits are only enough for one watermarked 1K preview. The refund policy also applies only when no credits or paid features have been used, so you cannot properly test a paid plan and then request your money back if it does not suit you.
The Starter plan is limited to 2K output. Designers who need larger images for print must move to the Plus plan, which costs approximately 2.6 times more. That is a minor issue for screen-only work but more noticeable when producing printed presentations.
Paid plans and credit packs include commercial use, but the terms describe permitted uses as concept-stage work such as client discussions, presentation options and proposal drafts. Property marketers and estate agents should read these restrictions carefully before using generated images publicly.
Applications:
ArchOne AI is best suited to early design exploration rather than technical planning. Here are some of the most practical ways to use it:
Homeowner Renovation Planning: Upload photographs of a kitchen or living room, experiment with paint colours, flooring, furniture and layouts, and choose a direction before speaking to a builder. The Concept Pack should be enough for one small project, but the results are visual inspiration rather than measured plans to build from.
Client Options for Solo Interior Designers: Create three or four design directions from one photograph, then refine the preferred version using element-level edits. This sits between casual and professional use, with the Plus plan making more sense when clients require larger exports.
Landscape and Garden Concepts: Upload a photograph of a site and explore different planting, paving, seating and layout ideas. It works well for early discussions with a homeowner or client, but it is not a substitute for planting plans, measurements or drainage decisions.
Concept Work for Architects and Small Studios: Turn a sketch or rough render into a quick presentation image, or test different materials and finishes on a building exterior. The Pro plan adds multi-project workflows and priority support for teams handling several concepts.
Property Upgrade Studies and Staging Concepts: Furnish Room and Empty Room can help an owner visualise what a property could become. Generated images should be clearly labelled as concepts, as ArchOne AI’s terms prohibit using them to misrepresent an existing property or its built condition.
