About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to access to and use of the Digitalize Life website at digitalizelife.com, including its articles, AI tool reviews, Tool Profiles, rankings, submission forms, comments and related features (the “Website”).
By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website.
Additional written terms may apply to a separately negotiated paid placement, sponsorship, promotional service or other commercial arrangement. Where those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will apply to that specific arrangement to the extent of the conflict.

Using the Website
Who may use it
The Website is intended for a general audience. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a tool, enter into a paid arrangement, or provide information on behalf of a business, tool owner or other organisation.
If you use the Website or submit information on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Permitted use
- Browse the Website for personal or legitimate business research.
- Share links to publicly available pages.
- Quote brief extracts in accordance with applicable law, with appropriate acknowledgement and a link to the source page.
- Contact Digitalize Life with genuine questions, factual corrections or relevant business enquiries.
- Submit an eligible AI tool in accordance with these Terms.
Permission to use the Website does not transfer ownership of any Digitalize Life content or intellectual property to you.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
- introduce malware, harmful code or material intended to disrupt or compromise the Website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, hosting environment, accounts, databases or connected systems;
- impersonate Digitalize Life, its operator, another person or another organisation;
- submit information you know to be false, materially misleading or unauthorised;
- use a form or comment area for spam, bulk solicitation or irrelevant promotion;
- copy, republish or commercially exploit a substantial part of the Website without written permission;
- systematically extract, scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the Tool Profile database, reviews, rankings or other content;
- circumvent access controls, rate limits or technical protections;
- use automated activity in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the Website;
- manipulate or attempt to distort visitor reactions, comments, rankings or other site features.
Digitalize Life may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its users, its content or third parties.
Editorial content and independence
Digitalize Life publishes independent editorial content about AI tools and related developments.
Reviews, ratings, comparisons, rankings, recommendations, observations and conclusions reflect editorial judgement at the time of publication or the most recent material update. They may draw on direct testing, research, publicly available information, information supplied by tool providers and the operator’s own interpretation.
Tool owners, founders, employees, agencies, public-relations representatives, affiliate partners, advertisers and sponsors do not receive a general right to control Digitalize Life’s editorial wording or conclusions.
Digitalize Life retains final control over whether coverage is published; the type and extent of coverage; titles, categories and labels; factual presentation and editorial wording; ratings, comparisons and recommendations; ranked inclusion and position; publication dates, updates and removal.
Tool Profiles, reviews, ratings and rankings
A Tool Profile is a database-style page intended to provide a structured overview of an AI tool. It may include factual information, an editorial view, pricing information, categories, availability information and links to related coverage.
A full review is separate and may include more detailed research, testing, opinions, scoring, comparisons, advantages, limitations and recommendations.
A Tool Profile may be published without a full review. Submission or publication of a Tool Profile does not guarantee a full review.
Ratings and recommendations are editorial assessments. They are not certifications, warranties or guarantees that a tool will be suitable for a particular person or purpose.
Ranked articles, including Top 20 articles, are reviewed and changed from time to time. A tool’s presence, absence or position may change as products evolve, new tools appear, editorial criteria develop or information becomes outdated.
No profile, review, rating, recommendation or ranked placement is guaranteed to remain available permanently.
Accuracy and changing information
Digitalize Life aims to publish useful and accurate information but does not guarantee that every detail will always be complete, current or error-free.
AI tools and third-party services may change without notice, including their pricing, billing terms, plans, limits, features, technical performance, ownership, availability, integrations, licences, privacy, security and data-handling practices.
Publication dates and “last checked” dates indicate when content was prepared or reviewed. They do not guarantee that no subsequent change has occurred.
Before purchasing, subscribing to, uploading data to or relying on a third-party tool, you should verify material details directly with that provider and read its current terms and privacy information.
Affiliate, sponsored and paid content
Affiliate links
Some Website links are affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying action, Digitalize Life may receive a commission or other benefit from the provider or affiliate network.
The reader will normally pay no additional amount solely because a link is an affiliate link, although the provider controls its own prices, taxes, discounts and billing.
The presence of an affiliate link does not guarantee a positive review, rating, recommendation or ranked position. Ordinary editorial content does not become sponsored content solely because it contains an affiliate link.
Affiliate relationships and commission arrangements may change without notice. Pages that contain affiliate links carry a clear disclosure so that the commercial nature of those links is apparent before you use them.
Sponsored and paid opportunities
Digitalize Life may offer paid or promotional opportunities, including featured profiles, sponsored coverage, temporary editorial placements, promotional positions or other separately agreed services.
These arrangements are normally discussed and agreed directly by email. They may be subject to additional written terms covering matters such as the contracting party, scope, duration, fee, payment date, disclosure, cancellation and deliverables.
If a customer purchases a paid service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Payment does not guarantee or influence a favourable review, rating, recommendation, ranked inclusion, removal of legitimate criticism, particular editorial wording or permanent publication.
Sponsored, paid or controlled promotional content will be clearly and prominently labelled as such, for example “Sponsored” or “Advertisement feature”. Failure to pay an agreed invoice may result in suspension, cancellation or removal of the paid service, subject to separate written terms and applicable law.
Submit a Tool
Tool Submissions and Editorial Consideration
There is no charge to submit an eligible tool for initial editorial consideration. Free submission does not guarantee publication, coverage or any other outcome.
Who may submit
The public submission route may be used by tool owners, founders, company employees, agencies, public-relations representatives and other authorised representatives.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to submit the relevant information.
Tool eligibility
- AI must be a meaningful part of the tool’s main functionality.
- The tool must be publicly available, in public beta, or accessible through genuine working private-beta access arranged separately when requested.
- The tool must be sufficiently functional and accessible for meaningful assessment.
- Waitlist-only products, pre-launch concepts and tools that are unfinished or inaccessible are not currently eligible.
Digitalize Life may revise its submission criteria where reasonably necessary.
Information supplied through the form
The form may request the submitter’s name and email address, relationship to the tool, tool name and URL, a factual description, category, pricing and availability information, optional differentiating information, and confirmations of accuracy and authority.
Personal-data handling is explained in the Tool Submission Data section of the Privacy Policy.
Accuracy and authority
By submitting a tool, you confirm that:
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have not deliberately omitted information that would make the submission materially misleading;
- you are authorised to submit the tool and any material supplied separately;
- you have the necessary rights or permissions for supplied logos, screenshots, images, text, press material or other assets;
- the submission does not knowingly infringe intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy or other legal rights;
- you will not submit unlawful, deceptive or malicious material.
Digitalize Life may request reasonable evidence of identity, authority, ownership or permission.
Private-beta and review access
Do not submit passwords, API keys, recovery codes, payment details or other sensitive credentials. If restricted access is required, Digitalize Life may contact you to arrange it separately by email.
Where possible, provide a limited review account rather than a personal account or reusable master credential. Access may be time-limited, changed or withdrawn after assessment. Providing access does not guarantee coverage.
Material supplied separately
You retain ownership of material that you provide.
If you separately provide a logo, screenshot, product image, description, press asset or similar material, you grant Digitalize Life a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence limited to:
- reviewing and assessing the tool;
- storing and reproducing the material in relevant coverage;
- making minor technical edits required for publication;
- displaying it when reasonably promoting or linking to that coverage through the Website and official Digitalize Life channels;
- allowing technical service providers to process and display it solely for those purposes; and
- retaining reasonable editorial and administrative records relating to the submission.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your brand or material to Digitalize Life and does not permit Digitalize Life to sell the material as a standalone asset.
If Digitalize Life faces a third-party claim because material you supplied was unlawful, infringed another person’s rights or was submitted without the necessary authority, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to reimburse Digitalize Life for reasonable losses and properly incurred costs directly resulting from that claim. This does not apply to the extent that the claim results from Digitalize Life’s own alteration, misuse, negligence or use of the material outside the permission granted by these Terms.
You should not provide confidential material unless Digitalize Life has expressly agreed in writing to receive it on a confidential basis.
Public information and brand material
Digitalize Life may independently research a submitted or unsubmitted tool using publicly available sources.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply endorsement, partnership or approval.
Digitalize Life may refer to public factual information and may display limited third-party material where it reasonably believes that permission, an applicable licence or the law allows, including for identification, commentary, criticism, review or reporting.
Assessment and possible outcomes
Every submission is assessed individually. Digitalize Life may take no further action, request more information or access, create or update a Tool Profile, consider the tool for a full review, mention it in other editorial coverage, discuss a separate promotional opportunity, or reject, delay or archive the submission.
- publication or inclusion in the Tool Profile database;
- a full review, rating or recommendation;
- inclusion in a Top 20 or other ranked article;
- a particular category, description or editorial conclusion;
- a permanent placement;
- a response or publication within a fixed timeframe.
Digitalize Life is not obliged to explain every editorial decision.
Factual checks and editorial approval
Digitalize Life may contact a submitter to confirm factual details and may, at its discretion, share selected factual information before publication.
This does not give the submitter a contractual right to approve the page or control the editorial process. Digitalize Life retains final control over wording, categories, observations, ratings, comparisons, recommendations, rankings and conclusions.
Corrections and updates
Genuine factual corrections are welcome, particularly concerning pricing, availability, ownership, company details, major product changes, broken links and discontinued features.
Correction requests should be sent to [email protected] and should identify the relevant page, disputed statement and supporting source.
Digitalize Life may investigate and decide whether and how to update the content. It is not obliged to accept promotional rewriting, unsupported marketing claims or requests to remove fair editorial criticism.
Rejection, editing and removal
Digitalize Life may reject, delay, edit, recategorise, unpublish or remove a submission or published page where appropriate, including where:
- the tool is inaccessible or no longer available;
- information is inaccurate, misleading or unverifiable;
- the product is not meaningfully AI-based;
- ownership or authority is doubtful;
- the tool appears unsafe, unlawful, deceptive or unsuitable;
- the product has materially changed;
- the page is no longer accurate or useful;
- legal, security, technical or editorial concerns arise; or
- a paid arrangement has ended or its separately agreed terms have not been met.
The existence of a Tool Profile or other page does not create a permanent right to publication.
Paid opportunities following submission
After editorial screening, Digitalize Life may choose to discuss a paid or featured opportunity. Any such arrangement is separate from the free submission process and may be governed by additional written terms.
Payment does not purchase a favourable rating, recommendation, ranked inclusion or altered editorial conclusion.
Submission communications
Digitalize Life may use supplied contact details to acknowledge the submission, assess eligibility, request information or access, discuss factual corrections, or communicate about possible editorial or paid coverage.
Submitting a tool does not automatically subscribe the submitter to general marketing emails. Further information appears in the Privacy Policy.
Tool Submission FAQs
These FAQs are a plain-language summary for convenience. If anything in them differs from the Terms above, the Terms apply.
Is it free to submit a tool?
Yes. There is no charge to submit an eligible tool for initial editorial consideration. Free submission does not guarantee publication or any particular form of coverage.
Does submission guarantee publication?
No. Every submission is assessed individually. Digitalize Life decides which tools are suitable for inclusion and what form, if any, the coverage should take.
Do you accept beta or pre-launch tools?
Public betas may be considered. Private betas require genuine working access arranged separately if requested. Waitlist-only tools and pre-launch concepts are not currently accepted. The product must be sufficiently usable for meaningful assessment.
Will submitting my tool result in a full review?
No. A Tool Profile and a full editorial review are different forms of coverage. Submission does not guarantee a full review, rating, recommendation or inclusion in a ranked or Top 20 article.
How long does the process take?
Times vary according to submission volume, accessibility and the research required. No fixed response or publication timeframe is guaranteed. Digitalize Life may contact you if further information or access is needed.
Can I approve the profile before publication?
You may be asked to confirm factual information, but you do not receive a general right of editorial approval. Digitalize Life retains final control over wording, categories, observations, ratings, recommendations, comparisons and conclusions.
Can information be corrected after publication?
Yes. Genuine factual corrections are welcome. Digitalize Life may verify and update inaccurate information but is not obliged to accept promotional rewriting, unsupported claims or requests to remove legitimate editorial criticism.
Can I pay for inclusion or better coverage?
Digitalize Life may offer separately agreed paid promotional or featured opportunities after editorial screening. Payment does not guarantee or alter ratings, recommendations, critical conclusions, ranked inclusion or editorial independence.
Can a submission be rejected or removed?
Yes. Digitalize Life may reject, delay, edit, recategorise, unpublish or remove a submission or page where it is inaccessible, misleading, unsuitable, outdated or affected by legal, technical, security or editorial concerns.
What happens to the information I submit?
The information may be used to assess the submission, contact the submitter and, where appropriate, research or prepare a Tool Profile or related coverage. Personal-data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Comments and visitor feedback
Comments may be available on some blog posts. Digitalize Life does not operate a site-wide forum or public account system.
You are responsible for comments you submit. Comments must not be unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, deliberately misleading, infringing, malicious, promotional spam or unrelated to the discussion.
Comments and reactions must reflect your own genuine views and experience. You must not submit a comment or reaction that misrepresents your experience of a tool, that you were paid or otherwise incentivised to submit unless you clearly disclose that fact, or that is intended to manipulate the perceived popularity or quality of any tool. Digitalize Life may refuse or remove comments or reactions it reasonably believes are fake, undisclosed incentivised content, misleading or manipulative.
You retain ownership of your comment but grant Digitalize Life a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, display, reproduce and technically format it as part of the Website for as long as it remains published, together with reasonable technical and moderation records.
Digitalize Life may moderate, refuse, close or remove comments and may make minor formatting or moderation edits. It is not obliged to publish or preserve every comment.
Thumbs-up, thumbs-down or similar reactions are informal visitor feedback. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not verified customer ratings and do not form part of Digitalize Life’s editorial score.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original text, layout, design elements, graphics, ratings, editorial analysis, selection and arrangement of content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Digitalize Life and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, logos, screenshots, images, trademarks and other material remain the property of their respective owners.
You may share links and make limited lawful quotations with appropriate acknowledgement. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license or commercially exploit substantial Website content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of public facts, third-party brands or material owned by others.
External websites and third-party services
The Website links to third-party tools, providers, affiliate networks, social platforms and other external websites.
Digitalize Life does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, contracts, billing, security, data handling or conduct.
A link, mention, profile, review or ranking does not by itself create a partnership, agency relationship or endorsement.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms and policies of that provider. Any purchase, subscription, upload or dispute is between you and the relevant provider unless Digitalize Life expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Privacy
Digitalize Life processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is used, how long it may be retained, who it may be shared with and the rights available to individuals.
General information, not individual professional advice
Website content is provided for general information, research and editorial purposes. It is not professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances.
You remain responsible for assessing whether a tool is appropriate for your own requirements, budget, data, organisation and risk tolerance.
Website availability and changes
Digitalize Life may update, reorganise, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Website.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting, connectivity, security incidents, third-party failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Digitalize Life does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent access to the Website or any particular page, feature or item of content.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Digitalize Life is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of its breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where it has a legal duty to do so, but not for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.
To the extent permitted by law, Digitalize Life is not responsible for loss or damage arising solely from reliance on third-party information that changed after publication; the acts, omissions, security, billing, performance or data practices of a third-party tool; a decision to use or stop using a third-party service; interruptions or technical events outside reasonable control; or unauthorised use by another person.
Where the Website is used for business purposes, Digitalize Life will not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, opportunity or indirect or consequential business loss.
Obligations and liability relating to a paid service may be further addressed in the separate written terms for that arrangement.
Digitalize Life does not guarantee that any third-party tool will meet your requirements or produce a particular result.
Factual corrections, concerns and complaints

Please include the page URL, the specific material concerned, a clear explanation, supporting evidence where relevant, and your contact details and relationship to the issue.
Digitalize Life may investigate, request further information and decide what action is appropriate. Sending a complaint does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome.
Electronic communications
Communications relating to the Website, tool submissions and separately negotiated arrangements may take place electronically, including by email.
An email or electronically recorded acceptance may form part of a written agreement where the parties intend it to do so.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Subject to those mandatory rights, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
Changes, severability and no waiver
Changes to these Terms
Digitalize Life may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, its services, business practices or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Transfer of these Terms
Digitalize Life may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another person or organisation, for example if the business is incorporated, sold or otherwise transferred. This will not reduce your rights under these Terms.
Severability
If a court or competent authority finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible.
No waiver
A delay or failure by Digitalize Life to enforce a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
